Not used this in earnest yet; however, I have been doing some extensive testing.The good:- Very well featured and works very well with my Canon 6D including the fact that you can set some of the flash options in the camera and supports E-TTL- Strobe mode (called Multi) and rear curtain sync- Well constructed- Can be triggered wirelessly by genuine Canon speedlights for off-camera flash (this should work with you built-in-flash as master although the 6D does not have one)- Comes with a stand and a diffuser- Will sync at 1/180The bad:- Some vignetting when below about 50mm even though the flash and camera have the same zoom set although using the wide diffuser cures this- The white reflector card is difficult to pull-outThe ugly:- Minor one this, it is a bit bulkier that my Metz flash- If the case was just slightly bigger you could keep the diffuser on the flash in the caseAll in all this represents great value for money, which is why I bought two for my indoor high-speed work!

Absolutely a brilliant product multifunctional and all around clever design 5*'s for durability sleek design with great adjusting angles also it does everything it says I use it quite a lot
