This tripod is pretty hefty. Didn't expect it to weigh as much as it does but the physical capabilities of this tripod are endless. I've taken so many low shots with this tripod. Holds my pentax k1 with ease and I've had no problems. Really a beast of a tripod. Hands down the best

I really like this tripod. I'm using it with a light camera indoors (so far), so I can't really speak to any other situation. However, it's very stable and extremely versatile and adjustable. My favorite features:- The piece that attaches to the camera has these little bumps that stop the camera from falling if you loosen the nut and don't have a good handle on the camera body.- It can be used in many different positions. I've already tried it in at least 10, but it's so versatile and easily adjustable that the number of positions it can take are virtually limitless.- Great price compared to the competition. My less than favorite "features":- The manual is in Chinese. Yes, there are English instructions, but it's almost as if the translation was simply done in Google Translate. I had to figure out most of the features by trial and error and trying to decipher the pictograms.- There's this sticky residue that keeps coming out of the joints. It's not a lot, but I keep getting it on my fingers. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but annoying.

Been holding out for a while. I have a tripod and didnt need another crappy tripod to add to one I have.So you can continue to buy crappy or cheap units and then at the end of the day, have a shit ton of money tied up in crappy tripods.I always wanted a manfroto. Those are the standard for quality. I was very hesitant of buying this and did lots of research. The kentfaith.com page has lots of videos or actual use. I watched them all along with YT videos. It came in and after watching videos knew that this was the one. Or at least hoped I wasnt wrong.Holy tripod batman. Shot xmas day family with a D7200,battery grip and flash(lots of weight). Its was everything I hoped for and pictures have turns out to you wonderful. Its very compact in size for what it is. When opened up and ready use, its very robust and loaded with features. Simple to use and never questioned it or had fear of camera falling or damage. Before now, i always thought I had to spend huge moneys to get quality. Thats just not the case with this unit.Seller was fast and followed up to make sure I was happy. Not very common now days.

So far its everything I wanted and it seems to work well. I use it in a fixed location and rarily will I take it out in a mobile situation. I purchased this so as to have a quality tripod that would be stable when set up and plenty room for adjustments, but the primary element that attracted me to this one is the ability to tip the head to a horizontal position so as to allow the camera to look down upon a subject. I photograph my wife's jewelry creations and this position is ideal. There has been a slight learning curve as the diagrams in the user manual are a small challenge to interpret. Other than that I'm satisfied so far. Good product.

I had selected 2 similar models of K&f Concept tripods (Carbon Fiber one and this) and made final decision towards this one and I like it.. pretty compact when folded, lightweight ( I don't think CF will be much lighter) and pretty impressive when extended to it's maximums. Preference to this model was given based on feature of it's center bar to extend and convert to horizontal (pretty useful feature sometimes)...as of cons: if you extend all the legs fully (inclusive last thinnest ones) in bottom 2 leg lock positions it becomes little bit shaky as it doesn't have lower horizontal support bars (like umbrellas), but in either lower positions you don't need them to be extended unless you are very tall basketball player, as with just 2 bigger section legs extended fully and center bar up and extended fully it goes over 6 feet in height, plus camera on top. Another "con" is aluminum quickly gets pretty cold, especially in this freezing weather and don't ever try to lick it :)as both "cons" refer to all the similar tripods, this is not definitely manufacturer or product quality issue and if you use camera dolly for tripods, stability issue is solved. As of suggestions, would be great if it was coming with spare camera mount adapter (the part which screws to the bottom of camera), so if you use either 2 cameras or use camera with regular and long range lens (in this case lens is attached to tripod), you should keep those adapters mounted on your equipment and easily and quickly change over...Another design suggestion is if some of tripod manufacturers gets camera mount adapter designed the way it can hold camera quick install screws (like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BXTTMLU ), so you can keep both adapter and screw attached to the camera all the time.those plate type quick installs aren't that practical as those small screws. All in all, I'm more than happy with this tripod. definitely price/quality ration is perfect, taking into account that similar tripods go up to 400-900 $... and waiting for my D850 and little bit warmer weather to go out hunting for perfect sights... :)And one more, it came with carry case, which has nice design, made of durable material and has light reflective strips, so you don't lose it at night :) I was thinking to wear tripod attached to my camera backpack, but now I'm thinking how to attach tripod case to backpack :)

I'm very impressed with the versatility of this tripod. It has so many more positioning options than my old tripod I feel spoiled for choice. You can mount a camera at literally any height between touching the floor and two metres up (slightly precariously because everything is on it's limit at that height) and everything locks in place very well. The sideways extending arm can't handle the weight of my DSLR when fully extended which isn't a surprise, but a lighter camera or a flashgun should be no problem. The instructions are slightly vague, and didn't even mention some provided accessories, but with a bit of experimentation I've found uses for them. Because of the range of setup options it can take a while to get it ready, but the standard pop up and extend is easy. Overall very happy.

I love this Tripod, its the first time Ive had a pro model and this one can be reconfigured in many ways. I am 6 ft tall and have always had to bend down to look through the viewfinder in the past. this tripod will extend higher than my head. it can also be configured low enouhp to almost touch the ground. I expected the twist locks to take long to set up but I realized you can turn all of them at once to lock and unlock. the only issues I could say is since it doesnt have the flippy leg locks you cant look at the legs to see if theyre locked. also Ive always wanted an all metal tripod but that being said it is heavier than my plasticky kit tripod so on long hikes I may still keep the kit one for when weight is an issue. I would buy it again.
