This microphone sounds great I got it because I do vlogs on youtube and needed good sound quality, this sounds great for the price and I have not had any problems with it at all, it is amazing.

First impressions, It is well packaged,This is a great plus because you know that your item will not break while it is on its way,This is a high quality mic that has good quality,This product also comes with a battery inside the packaging which in my opinion is great as you can start using it right away if you are wanting to do so,This also saves you from going to the shops to buy a battery just so you can use it,In my opinion this is relatively easy to set up as it is simply just putting a battery into the mic mounting it on top of the camera and away you go,Would recommend this microphone to anyone who has just started vlogging on youtube or likes better audio for videos,This is simply because it is a nice value for money product as you are getting decent build quality for a reasonable price,

This is a high quality professional video microphone that sits on the top of the camera via a hot shoe. It is a great microphone for any film maker on a budget and it sounds far better that an built in camera mic.The box is very nice and from the box alone, i could tell this is a premium product. In the box you find the microphone itself and a wind filter. This microphone requires a cell battery and the great thing is that in this case, it is included. This is nice to see, as it means you can get up and running as soon as it is out of the box. To use the microphone you simply insert the battery, mount the microphone to the camera, plug the aux cable into the microphone port on your camera, turn it on and hit record - Just don't forget to turn the microphone on or you will have no audio. The microphone is very well built and fits nicely on top of the camera, it mounts to the hot shoe mount and secures with some locking nuts to keep the microphone still and secure., it is a nice size so it is sturdy. The cable is coiled cable so it is stretchy so there is no excess getting tangled, but at the same time, it will reach all camera ports so it's ideal. The sound quality of this mic is very nice, it is crisp and clear, and doesn't have any background noise.Overall, this is a great microphone for any filmmaker on a budget as it sounds better than any built in camera microphone and will improve any video clips

I ordered this microphone for my GoPro silver after lots of research and review readings. There are so many choices but what pushed to order this one was the tremendous savings and a YouTube review I watched. This shotgun Microphone has Great directional sound wherever it's pointing. The sound is not better than the GoPro but the same as. Which is Great & it cancels out a lot of unnecessary noise.

Professional quality & set-up as I was looking forward to use it with my camera, however the audio cable jack isn't compatible with Canon EOS 1200D. Jack was too big to fit in.

This is a very good microphone it has been working for me for a couple months. the voice quality is also very nice you can hear yourself very good from 3 to 5 feet away but after five feet it's it sounds a little bit less but their quality is still fairly good. if you want to use this on a GoPro you're going to need to get a an extender because the microphone if it is directly mounted on top of the Go Pro the microphone will be in the shot of the Go Pro. also if you will be using this on a GoPro you're going to need to buy a 3.5 millimeter to a mini USB adapter because go Pros don't have a 3.5 millimeter plug in. if you're buying this for a DSLR it would work very well because you would just mount it on the top of the camera and then plug it into the 3.5 millimeter plug in that the camera has. Overall the microphone is very good for its price range and is a very good starter microphone.

I was very surprised with the quality and build of the K & F Professional Microphone, especially at this price.Inside the box:*Microphone*CR2032 Batterie*User Guide*Wind-proof Cotton CoverThe K & F Microphone is an exceptional piece of kit and a solid bargain for the price. Build quality is excellent with a solid metal body and is on par with the more expensive £70-£100 range of Microphones.It's very simple to use, simply a matter of installing the batteries and slot it into place. The recording of sound was impressive, I used it mainly for speech audio and a few family videos shot outside, and it didn't let me down and to be honest it would be hard to differentiate between this and the slightly more expensive options. It's best to use the Mono setting for recordings that are concentrated on audio/speech and Stereo for when you're in a more 'noisier' environment such as in a Party or Wedding.All in all, those looking for a microphone that gives exceptionally good quality audio recording need look no further.Highly recommend

Packing & PresentationSo when u order this item you will receive a brown cardboard box but don't fear that's just for extra protection as the actual K&F mic box is inside anyways after removing the actual box from the cardboard box you will find a really nice layed out compact and sturdy box with the mics image on the front and on the back you have some diagrams of the recording pattern and specifications. As you remove the lid from the box you have a nice piece of foam covering all the products some manuals the microphone itself a windshield foam and a cr2032 battery all very nicely laid out in the well organised box.What I LikeThe packing and presentation is a 10 out of 10 for me.The fact the you get the windshield foam and the battery included which means you can start using this right out the box.The build quality of the microphone is great and is constructed of metal which is nice.You can adjust the mic from off to on at 0db to +10db which is great if your at some distance.It's not very large just around 6 inch in length.Shock proof design to reduce mechanical noise of camera.The cardioid patterned recording which means it will pick up sounds directly in front and pick up minimum noise from around so you will always sound more clearer than the background.Sound quality is really quite good as it picks up less noise while recording.Easy to install and remove the mic on a Digital SLR and most mirrorless cameras.What I Don't LikeThe biggest only thing for me was the part of the stand which clips onto the hotshoe on the camera which is made of plastic and gonna be honest not the best quality you can find.My overall ThoughtsThis is a great microphone for cameras and has great recording quality. This is a great piece of kit for the price. The packaging and storage box are very high quality. The microphone itself has a sturdy construction, the screw assembly for the hot shoe is more than adequate. The sound quality is far better than the on board mic on my Canon 600D and 700D could ever deliver. However, there is an annoying low level hiss. I followed a youtube video, turned the gain down on the camera microphone control settings and the gain up on the microphone.That works to a degree. If you need a microphone for outdoor/indoor events where there will be a lot of background noise. Buy this microphone. If it's for interviews or voice-overs, the hiss is too apparent. I have Adobe CS6 pro and accompanying software can remove the hiss. The software is way too expensive for most amateurs though.
