This is a very nice affordable adapter. It fits both the camera and the lens very tight without any wiggle. The only downside is that there is no aperture ring and you need to be able to expose your frames with only shutter and iso settings.

I got this adapter to use some semi-functional EF-mount lenses with my OM-D E-M5. I wasn't expecting this good an adapter for the price. Feels very solid, infinity is preserved and focus scales seem to still be accurate. Of course you don't get autofocus, but manual focus works perfectly well in most scenarios. In addition, there's no way to change the aperture with this adapter directly. Instead, you either have to use lenses wide open (which makes manual focusing a bit difficult) or attach a lens to an EOS camera, hold down your DoF preview button, and then take it off and put it on the adapter. This is a bit of a tricky process and certainly not suited to fast-paced professional shoots, but for landscapes or studio photography where nothing's moving very fast it's a great, inexpensive way to use nice lenses with alternate systems.

Wonderful! This adapter is made so well, and is definitely and necessity in my photography bag. I have a Lumix G7 & use this for Canon EF lenses! So amazing! I recommend, definitely :)

I have a Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera that i almost bought a metabones adapter for when i stopped and thought....why would i purchase a metabones for it when i only use manual cinema lenses on it? Like Rokinon DS, Xeen, Zeiss, etc. So i went on Amazon and came across this. I was going to grab the Fotasy, but the way this one looked and the of it display just looked a bit cooler and for the price....why not just give it a try. So the first thing i noticed was the build quality....its amazing! Honestly it feels extremely solid and even stronger than my metabones, but its important to remember this is not a metabones, but if your using it for cinema work then its a great pick up. It fit very tight and clicked into my micro cinema. Like i said it is very tight and may feel like your going to damage something because you will feel a slight scraping, but not to worry because you really just need to break it in just like a metabones. Definitely a great buy and a must have. Will be purchasing a couple more.

It doesn't "talk" to the camera like the Metabones.... but it also ain't $650... for what it is, it works perfectly. VERY happy with this product. WOULD buy it again.
