The picture seems good, and I’ve found a chime I like (Nutcracker Suite!), but there just aren’t enough instructions. How are the security screws installed? How do I adjust the recording time? Basically, how do I use this thing? YouTube videos show similar products, but they don’t show my model. I can’t find a website for support. I’m about to return it unless I can find more information.
