My sons love their new camera. A little bit of a challenge navigating the features. Instructions were helpful. Camera case appears very durable. Picture quality in the camera screen is not very clear but what do you expect for the price?

This is a toy for a kid so the picture/video quality is what you should expect for a toy. That said, my 6yr old loves it and so far hasn't broken it (received as a xmas gift). My only suggestion would be that I would like to see a better, maybe more universal way to mount to a helmet. The holes in the top of my son's helmet are probably not the most ideal for the straps so it is challenging to get them tight. We are currently looking for a helmet that he likes with holes that may work better. Beyond that I'm very happy with the purchase.

This camera came with bubbles in the screen that made it difficult to see what you were filming. The handle that screws into the case so you can hold on to it wouldn't screw in more than a quarter turn.When I emailed support, they ignored the screen issue entirely and told me to screw the handle in 2-3 turns and then use the stabilizing plate to hold it in place. That is exactly how it is supposed to work, I understand, but when it won't even turn in more than a quarter turn you can't stabilize it. Really bad support for this product.Update: They refunded the cost of the camera, so that was nice. I updated from 1 star to 3 because of this.

Amazing quality and easy to use. For the price there is nothing that could beat this.

When a take the picture under water or record a video the camara show "File Error". I have Formatted the memory SD card and still say me the same message error. good quality but useless software.

One would think that when you purchase a camera for kids it would come with everything needed for it to work. But not with this product. It requires a memory card to work, but didn't include it. The description indicated it has a slot for a memory card, which would make one assume it was included ... but NO. Plan on spending an additional $12 for one of these cards.To the manufacturer ... just include the memory card and increase the price if you have to!

We bought this for my 9 year old son and he loves it. The directions for mounting are a bit confusing but the product seems like a good product at a great price.
