Good looking watch, battery lasts weeks. Sometimes struggles to keep synchronized with the phone to get temperature/weather updates.

Well, so far I really like the looks on this watch, but there are a few things that need to improve:1. Steps and distance are far from accurate. I'm sitting watching tv and out of the blue the watch congratulates me for walking 15,000 steps.2. The weather temperature is also far from accurate. It's never on point. For example, the weather is 15°C outside, and even thought its synced, my watch saysnits 10°C.3. When I raise my wrist, it takes a little too long to wake up the screen. You need to keep your arm a while in "watching your time" position for the screen to light up the time.4. The sensibility to wake the screen is off, way off. You need to move a lot your arm for the screen to wake. A simple wrist move won't do. And those long arm movements coutn towards the steps you are not making and the watch is recording.5. The app needs improvement. It feels to barebones for all the capabilities of the watch. I got my wife another brand, which was cheaper, and the app is twice as funtional than mine, with twice the features.I like the watch, looks amazing. The band doesnt feel cheap and the weight is optimal, but those quality of life improvements need to be done via firmware update because sometimes it gets in my nerves just to watch the time.If those fixes are met, I will rate you 5 stars.

I gave this as a gift to my fiance and he absolutely loves it! it's working great, it keeps track of pretty much everything you need it to. Very intuitive tracking his steps, his calories, his sleep, he gets the weather etc while also getting alerts for messages and calls which is important for him at work as he cannot have his phone out. It's cool to also be able to change the background of the watch to different styles. Excellent buy, now thinking of replacing my smart watch.

After one month of owning this watch and only wearing it for a handful of days it completely died. At random times I would need to re-pair the watch because it would not be synced. I would choose a different product.

Love this watch. Easy to set up and easy to charge with wireless. Love all the different watch faces and can change when I want. The customer service is great if you have a question. Had one problem and they sent me a new watch, great customer service.
