I haven't tested it for water resistance so I didn't rate that yet. Bought this for my 10 yr old son for Christmas. He loves it. The frames and the games are big hits for him. I'm impressed that it has a flash and selfie mode. The amount of accessories included is mindboggling and I'm thankful that the instructions are easy to follow. My son is even using them to learn all the functions available to him. I this this will be enjoyed for a long time to come. Highly recommend!

This was a present for my 6 year old daughter's birthday. We were able to use it right out of the box and it was easy for her to figure out how to use it right away. We haven't gotten to use it in the water yet so can't comment on that but worth the price.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old son. We gave it to him early, so that he could use it along with some of his other gifts. He has loved the camera. It has a really good photo quality, and is perfectly made for the rough housing of a 6yo boy!!!!

First off, this camera came packaged in a cute case w/ a crap ton of accessories!! I was pleasantly surprised how easily my kids were able to figure everything out without my assistance.The camera has a ton of features, games, photo mode, video mode, mp3 story mode, insertable picture frames and more. The accessories are just as much. It has a bicycle mount, a tripod, a helmet mount, and a lanyard that detaches. This camera is ready to use right out of the box.The other nice feature is that is has a soft case for little hands to handle.We are excited that it has waterproof casing as well & cant wait to try in water!!!This is a GREAT gadget kiddoes!!!

This camera works well and I think will be perfect for our five year-old grandson. It's colorful and the buttons are easy to use. It also comes with an attachment so kids can put it on a bike helmet and film while they ride their bikes.

This camera is great! I gave it to my 4yr old nephew and it’s perfect for his little hands! The picture quality is great and you’re not wasting pictures on typical “photo shoots” done by a 4yr old!

I bought this camera for my 8 year old son who loves to use my phone to take pictures. This is a great camera for him. It has a protective case so it is very durable. He customized his camera with the provided stickers. We haven't tried the underwater feature yet but the regular pictures & videos come out great. This comes with a memory card, and tons of accessories. My son even used the bike helmet attachment in this cold wintery weather. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased the VanTop Junior K8 Kids Camera for a 5 year old. I selected this particular camera because it has a great little protective case with handles that makes it easy for little hands to hold and is perfect for a child who will most likely drop it. The 32GB memory card is also included with the competitive price while similar cameras sell the card separately. The picture and video quality are decent. The camera is easy to use. It has some games which I haven't been able to figure out how to play yet. All and all, it's a great little camera for a kid! My one problem with my purchase is that the 32GB memory card that comes with it is not recognized by the camera, making the card useless. We swapped it with a 1GB card that we had and that worked fine. So the problem is with the card, not the camera. I sent an email about 10 days ago to the company's support center asking for a replacement memory card. At this time I haven't received a new card or a response from the company. To be fair, it's Christmas season and they may be very busy. So I can't say to those who read this review with any confidence that customer service will be adequate or timely if a problem were to arise. Hopefully I'll soon hear from them. Otherwise I'll need to buy a card myself which will increase my personal cost. Still a nice gift for a child!

My kiddo is going to LOVE this thing. It comes with so much cool stuff. The picture quality isn’t amazing but it’s a kids camera so I wasn’t expecting the quality of a $300 professional camera. It’s decent quality, definitely good enough for a 4 year old and all the stuff that it comes with is great quality for a fantastic price.
