I bought this camera for an upcoming beach vacation for my 4 and 7 year old. My kids dropped the camera a few times and not one scratch. It is very durable. The pictures under water are not so clear, but nevertheless very fun.

I bought this for my 7 year old and 9 yr old sons for Christmas. It’s easy to use and has lots of features. He has a lot of fun making selfie videos and playing the games. It comes with great accessories for filming (different mounting options) and a solid storage container. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I thought the camera itself looks a little juvenile with all the characters on it.

I love this camera because it's affordable, comes with all the accessories I could possibly think of and has handled falls really well so far.We have not tested the waterproof ability of it, because it's winter and the beaches are all closed here in Chicagoland.I guess my son can take it in the shower with him? I'll update my review when this thing gets wet.When I got this my son was down for a nap so I took the chance to charge it immediately for about an hour and a half. You have to turn the camera on to check the battery level so I did and it said full so I handed it over and he went nuts. To be fair he kept turning the lights on so I know that helped run the battery down. But it only lasted about an hour. So. . . yeah, that was disappointing. When I charged the camera for about 2 hours it seemed to last a little longer and he even took some videos with it. Am I being silly about how long I think the battery should last? I honestly don't know. Some comparable kid cameras have similar short lived, but a few (that cost about as much as this) say they can go for 4-5 hours. Those also say they need to be charged for much longer so maybe I'll play with the charge time vs use time. My kid is also a bit of a ninny and leaves the camera on even when he's playing with his trains.In the first two days we had it I noticed that when you turn it off and eventually back on it had trouble finding the SD card. I simply took it all the way out and put it back in & it was fine. It hasn't done it since so maybe it was just a growing pain. Who knows?The camera froze once and I had to turn the switch on the side off then back on, but that wasn't a big deal.I really so like so many things about this camera! It even has a countdown next to the battery level that shows how many more pictures you can store on the SD card. I think that's pretty handy so you don't have to worry about running out of space, just battery.I already dumped the pictures once onto my computer. That was a nice and easy process. The pictures looked pretty good considering my son hasn't really learned to hold still as the camera takes a picture. lol

This was an amazing value. My son. Did t even ask for this for Christmas but it is the only thing he uses daily. It mounts to a helmet easily. This was the best gift he got.

I have not used this yet got this as a gift for my sons birthday he is going to be so excited it came with a helmet belt a little stand and a holder to take under water for the price this is excellent!!! Would buy again !

Very cute for my 4 yr old. He likes feeling like he has his own camera and he enjoys using the effects on it. To be completely honest we haven't printed any of the pictures yet just because I didn't purchase it for that reason, more for him to play with.

This camera is great, it's like a Go Pro for kids. It even comes with tons of accessories. The waterproof case is great for taking pictures at the beach or in the pool and you don't have to worry about the camera getting wet. This is so much fun and so easy to use. It even comes with a 32g card so you can start taking pictures as soon as you open it!

This was a gift for our 8 year old son and it is a great camera for kids. It is rugged and the two cases are sturdy--one waterproof which is a fun feature, and the other a nice grippy plastic. It is easy to use and has a lot of fun features both for pictures as well as including games, mp3 capability, etc. I highly recommend this as a great kids gift!
