Great camera, great customer service!
Love it. A great camera and a great price. We use it as a baby monitor, and we are very happy with it. It delivers a sharp, clear picture to our cell phones, and it's easy to zoom and pan around the room. We keep the room very dark at night to help our baby sleep, so the night vision camera is great so we can see him. The motion sensor alerts us if he's restless, and the mic let's us soothe him back to sleep. Exactly everything we wanted, and a lot more features we haven't even started to use yet.Our camera had an issue, but it was still under warranty, so I contacted the manufacturer via email. I got an answer back within hours! Every time I sent an email the response was super quick and super polite. Once it was determined that the camera needed to be replaced, I was offered the option of a refund or a new camera. I opted for a replacement because I really like the camera, and I'm very happy with the company itself. The app supports more than one camera, so now I'm even thinking about getting more for other rooms in the house!
