I purchased the VanTop Junior K8 Kids Camera for a 5 year old. I selected this particular camera because it has a great little protective case with handles that makes it easy for little hands to hold and is perfect for a child who will most likely drop it. The 32GB memory card is also included with the competitive price while similar cameras sell the card separately. The picture and video quality are decent. The camera is easy to use. It has some games which I haven't been able to figure out how to play yet. All and all, it's a great little camera for a kid! My one problem with my purchase is that the 32GB memory card that comes with it is not recognized by the camera, making the card useless. We swapped it with a 1GB card that we had and that worked fine. So the problem is with the card, not the camera. I sent an email about 10 days ago to the company's support center asking for a replacement memory card. At this time I haven't received a new card or a response from the company. To be fair, it's Christmas season and they may be very busy. So I can't say to those who read this review with any confidence that customer service will be adequate or timely if a problem were to arise. Hopefully I'll soon hear from them. Otherwise I'll need to buy a card myself which will increase my personal cost. Still a nice gift for a child!
