Excellent Customer Service
The tripod has proved very easy to use. It folds up nice and small and is very light, so ideal for carrying on walks. I was unfortunate enough to lose the central column recently while out on a walk, but K&F have been extremely helpful in supplying a replacement part, so I can carry on using the tripod without having to buy a complete replacement! Excellent customer service.
