After using heavier tripods all my life, I have finally given in to this portable tripod that is of high quality. Before this, my lightest tripod was still 4 pounds, you had all kinds of fancy features like mono pod legs and heavy duty ball head but all of that is really unnecessary one I want to walk into the nature with a small tripod. This tripod is under 2 pounds and that is the most important thing for me, because when carrying this, it almost feel like I'm not carrying it. It extends up very high, but I don't suggest going that high. Let's try by is designed to have a medium height while still being able to do everything a larger tripod is able to do. For something like 30 minute exposures, I will make sure to wave the tripod down with my camera bag otherwise there might still be shakes because this after all it is a lightweight tripod.When it comes to compatibility, the tripod uses Arca Swiss plate that's available everywhere. So popular, even camera cases house that built in, and in the longer feels proprietary and I don't feel like I am locked into a system like manfrotto or slik makes you feel.I made a video talking about this tripod that I have attached here.
